It is a snap shot of the Oahu market for Feb 2019 as compared to Feb 2018. From this data, one can see for both single family and condo active listings are more than last year Feb. Single family home the active listing is up 41.6% from last year and condo active listings are also up 30.9%. Close sales seem to be down overall which may indicate a bit of slowdown. The positive point though is that both condo and single family homes median sale price remain consistent with a gradual slope upwards.
